The objectives of the Masaka Laboratory are to:

• Contribute to capacity building, participation and promotion of the leadership of communities, local and national organizations and communities in decision-making, funding and management of processes
• Value and promote community solutions that of communities, local and national organizations in terms of leadership, participation and management of national and international processes.
